In the small group you'll receive hands on training from baker Neil. You'll learn new cooking techniques that can be easily replicated at home in your own oven so that you'll soon be baking tasty breads over and over again.
The course unfortunatley is not suitable for people with a gluten intollerance.
Please let us know if you are vegan as eggs and dairy products are used which will need to be substituted.
You will spend a day learning how to make a variety of delicious breads. It's a fun, hands on experience (max 6 per group) after which you'll leave with bags of your own made delicious bread plus an informative recipe booklet. The day starts with home made artisan bread and jam for breakfast then you'll make and bake your own lunch of Brummie Bagels. You'll also make and bake focaccia, artisan white loaves, show stopping plaited loaves and naan.
Tea, coffee, biscuits, breads and jams will be avaialble all day
