Joins us to learn how we bake our most iconic Konditor & Cook products, the classic Curly Whirly cake and our Curly Whirly Brownies with cream cheese swirls. You’ll begin by learning how to make a dark Belgian chocolate sponge which you’ll then cover with generous helpings of vanilla bean frosting. Finally you’ll try your hand at decorating it with those iconic swirls made from chocolate ganache.
Next you’ll bake our Curly Whirly brownies. You’ll learn how we make delicious swirls of smooth, creamy cheesecake and blend it with chocolate chips to create the perfect balance between light and dark.
